Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Buck Nasty!
The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Luis Engracia and Felipe Paraventi.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bourque throws a right and a left that Nasty avoids nicely.
Bourque slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Nasty tries for a takedown but Bourque sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Nasty.
Bourque rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Nasty moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Nasty takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Nasty goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Nasty tries to close the distance and clinch but Bourque swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Nasty shoots in and drives through. Bourque sprawls well.
Paul Bourque has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Buck Nasty.

Horrible takedown by Nasty or perhaps it was just good defense by Bourque which made him look bad.
Bourque throws a one two combo.

It looks like Buck Nasty has been cut.
Bourque misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Nasty gets a takedown into half guard.
Bourque is positioning himself well to prevent Nasty advancing to mount.
Nasty tries to pass the half guard into mount. Bourque knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Nasty trying to control from half guard but Bourque is working away.
Nasty looks gassed!
Bourque is doing well to control the position and prevent Nasty from advancing to side control.
Nasty wants to lay and pray for a moment but Bourque keeps working.
Bourque moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Bourque is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Bourque perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

Bourque gets to his feet - back to striking we go!

Nasty shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Bourque pinned against the cage. Bourque gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Bourque getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Nasty shoots in for a takedown but Bourque shows good takedown defense.
Bourque misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Nasty tries to clinch but Bourque moves out of range.
Nasty fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Bourque connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

Bourque scores with a punch to the head.
A combination from Bourque does no damage.
Bourque lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Nasty can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Bourque and Nasty drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Bourque.
