Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jack Kimura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gindal Ken (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jack Kimura! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Gindal Ken! The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Daniel Franklin and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ken scores with a jab to the body. Kimura closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Kimura lands in his opponent's guard. Ken pulls Kimura in to control the position. Ken is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Kimura stopping the sweep attempt from Ken. Kimura pushes down on Ken's leg and manages to get into half guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ken trying to hold on to Kimura's head to control him but Kimura postures up.

That's one minute gone in the round. Kimura frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Kimura looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Ken can't escape the position.
Kimura is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Ken is surviving well by controlling Kimura's body position as best he can. Kimura lands with some strikes. Kimura punishing his opponent with strikes. Ken is working to get back to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kimura is looking to work his way around to Ken's back. He needs to be careful though, as he's in danger of losing this dominant position. The referee warns Ken that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Kimura lands a heavy elbow. Ken is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Ken is squirming around, avoiding Kimura's attempts to control the action. Ken looks winded! Kimura swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!
