The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paska tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Kemp paws at him with a jab and circles away.

and Paska counters with a nice kick to the body.
Kemp fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Paska looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Kemp looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Kemp fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Paska shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

It looks like Kova Paska has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Some wild striking there from Kemp.
Paska ducks right into an uppercut from Kemp.
Kemp stuffs the takedown attempt from Paska. Paska gets slowly back to his feet.

Paska shoots in for a takedown but Kemp shows good takedown defense.
Adam Kemp has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kova Paska.

Kemp lands a nice shot that snaps Paska's head back.
Adam Kemp seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Kemp connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Paska! He's out on his feet! Kemp rushes in and drops Paska with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
