Downes misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Downes takes one on the button.
Gomez scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
It looks like Cale Downes has been cut.
Gomez lands a hook that stumbles Downes back into the cage. Gomez follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Downes to the canvas! Gomez pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Downes has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!

Juan Gomez spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
