Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Phil Hellmuth Jr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tito Kerr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Phil Hellmuth Jr! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Tito Kerr! The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Michael Johnstone and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kerr misses with a takedown attempt and Hellmuth Jr counters by moving into the clinch. Kerr gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Hellmuth Jr regains guard.
Kerr showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Hellmuth Jr avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hellmuth Jr has momentary wrist control but Kerr slips an elbow through the middle. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hellmuth Jr is trying to control the position but Kerr postures up. Kerr has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Kerr trying to control the position from guard on top but Hellmuth Jr is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Hellmuth Jr working a defensive guard here.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Hellmuth Jr throws a right hand that misses
and Kerr counters with a nice double leg into guard. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Kerr accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Kerr trying to control but Hellmuth Jr is working from the bottom. Hellmuth Jr utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Hellmuth Jr seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Kerr postures up.
Kerr makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Hellmuth Jr on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Hellmuth Jr tries to get out of the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kerr scoring with punches to the head and body. Kerr throws a big right hand that misses. Hellmuth Jr avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Hellmuth Jr keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Kerr's efforts to push away. Hellmuth Jr fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Kerr looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Hellmuth Jr working some nice short punches in the clinch. Hellmuth Jr lands a damaging elbow. Kerr has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hellmuth Jr lands a hook to the side of the head. Kerr is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Hellmuth Jr is defending well. Phil Hellmuth Jr has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tito Kerr. Hellmuth Jr blocking some punches.

Hellmuth Jr gets through Kerr's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Hellmuth Jr lands an elbow that stopped Kerr in his tracks for a moment. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Phil Hellmuth Jr will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Tito Kerr's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Kerr throws a wild body kick that Hellmuth Jr sees coming a mile off. Kerr pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Hellmuth Jr wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch. Kerr circles away from the clinch attempt.
Phil Hellmuth Jr seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hellmuth Jr wants to clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Kerr tries to score a power double leg takedown but Hellmuth Jr sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Kerr somewhat. Kerr swats away the attempt to clinch by Hellmuth Jr. Hellmuth Jr leaves Kerr with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Kerr moves away from the strike by Hellmuth Jr. Kerr changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Hellmuth Jr tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Kerr manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Phil Hellmuth Jr has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tito Kerr.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kerr bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Hellmuth Jr looks to score with a jab to the body but Kerr is just out of range. Kerr drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Hellmuth Jr defends it well. Kerr throws a hook to the side of Hellmuth Jr's head but Hellmuth Jr sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Kerr throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Kerr keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Hellmuth Jr. Kerr avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Hellmuth Jr is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Hellmuth Jr throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Kerr sees it coming and avoids it easily. Hellmuth Jr takes a swing at Kerr's ribcage but misses. Kerr tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Hellmuth Jr defends well and Kerr ends up having to push Hellmuth Jr into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Hellmuth Jr throws a shot from downtown. Kerr moves away and avoids it. Hellmuth Jr moves out of range of the strikes. Kerr shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Hellmuth Jr sprawls well. Hellmuth Jr wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Kerr gets slowly back to his feet. A looping hook to the body misses from Hellmuth Jr. Kerr does a little dance to reset his feet. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Hellmuth Jr throws a body punch but Kerr moves out of range. A jab from Kerr misses. Hellmuth Jr misses with a body shot.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Tito Kerr will probably get the nod - 10:9. The cut man is working on Tito Kerr's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

Hellmuth Jr comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Kerr misses with a hook to the ribs.

That has opened up Tito Kerr's cut even more. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nice body punch from Hellmuth Jr - that landed with a thud.

Kerr has Hellmuth Jr pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Hellmuth Jr manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

The cut above Tito Kerr's eye is starting to cause him problems now. Hellmuth Jr lands an elbow just above Kerr 's eye. Kerr is trying to break the clinch but Hellmuth Jr is controlling him. Hellmuth Jr lands a body punch. Hellmuth Jr tries to work over Kerr's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. A shot in the inside from Hellmuth Jr.
Tito Kerr's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kerr is trying to break the clinch but Hellmuth Jr is controlling him. Hellmuth Jr lands with a short head shot on the inside. Hellmuth Jr comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Tito Kerr's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
