Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Harlan Warren (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Wilson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Chris Wilson!
The judges for this bout are Ron Honeybunn, Steve Erwin and Francis DeMontford.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wilson shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Warren as he jumps to the side.
Warren seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Warren leaves Wilson with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Wilson closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Warren did well to prevent Wilson getting side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wilson content to control rather than advance.
Let's hope that Wilson has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Wilson is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Warren controls Wilson momentarily but Wilson frees himself.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Wilson shoots for a double leg takedown but Warren sprawls well. He's pushed Wilson's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Wilson dives in for a single leg takedown but Warren sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Warren is pressed up against the cage. Wilson has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Warren down to the mat. Warren avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Wilson is defended easily by Warren.
No luck for Wilson with that takedown attempt.
Warren wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.

Wilson avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Wilson shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Warren as he avoids it easily.
Warren is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Wilson.

Wilson shoots in looking for a takedown. Warren tries to sprawl out of it but Wilson keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Warren manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Chris Wilson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Wilson accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Warren wants to sweep but no luck.
Warren bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Wilson's guard.

Chris Wilson has got the better of the ground game so far.

Warren is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Wilson stays in close to Warren's body and controls the position.

Warren is looking to regain half guard here but Wilson keeps moving and retains side control.

Wilson is looking to advance position but Warren won't allow it.

Chris Wilson showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Harlan Warren has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Warren is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Wilson is defending well for now.

Chris Wilson comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Wilson winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
