Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are James Glass, Paul Tew and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hazard uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Hazard scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Durant takes one to the side of the head.

Hazard moves into range and connects with a jab.
Hazard scores with a nice head shot.
A punch lands to the side of Durant 's head but he takes it in his stride.

We've been told by Hazard's head coaches at Cozad MMA New York that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

and Hazard counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Hazard connects with a good right hand that stumbles Durant. Durant circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Hazard throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Durant.

Durant shoots for a double leg takedown but Hazard sprawls well. He's pushed Durant's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Skap Hazard has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Richard Durant.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Durant closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Hazard did well to prevent Durant getting side control.

Durant looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Hazard with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Hazard lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Hazard wants to get up but he can't break Durant's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Durant is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Hazard is controlling him.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hazard wanted to stand there but Durant had control of the position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Hazard cracks Durant with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Hazard changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Durant shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Hazard throws a series of punches but Durant avoids them all with ease.

Hazard goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Durant looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Hazard lands a jab to Durant's midsection.
A jab from Hazard does it's job there.
Durant lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hazard circles away quickly and effectively.
Durant shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hazard pinned against the cage. Hazard gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Hazard bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Durant's head backwards.
Hazard is working the combinations to good effect here.
Hazard throws a good cross that connects.
Durant avoids a punch combination nicely.
Hazard works over Durant's head and body with a nice combination.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Durant tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Hazard defends well and Durant ends up having to push Hazard into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Hazard fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Durant looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Durant shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Hazard as he avoids it easily.
Hazard lands with an overhand left.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Skap Hazard dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Durant misses with a hook
and Hazard counters with a straight right hand.
Durant is trying hard to land a takedown here. Hazard sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
The fighters circle momentarily. Hazard darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Hazard takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Hazard scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Durant is rocked!

BOOM! Hazard lands a beautiful left hook that drops Durant. Durant tries to recover but Hazard is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Durant lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:34 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Skap Hazard!
Skap Hazard spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
