Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cory Steel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mister Breeze (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Steel comes to the cage accompanied by Immortal Technique-Point of no return. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
35 - 32 - 1, fighting out of New York, Cory Steel! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mister Breeze! The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Alec Ball and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Steel throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Cory Steel seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Steel throws a right and a left that Breeze avoids nicely. Steel throws an overhand right that lands on Breeze's shoulder, as Breeze tries to avoid the shot. Steel misses with a combination
and Breeze counters with a three punch combo that has Steel backing up. Steel nods at Breeze to acknowledge the strikes. Steel blocks the body kick.
Breeze has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Steel cracks Breeze with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Breeze tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Steel was well out of range. Poor timing from Breeze. Steel fails to land with a series of punches.
Steel misses with an uppercut
and Breeze counters with a single leg into guard. Steel didn't expect that. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Breeze postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Steel wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Breeze manages to pass to side control. Steel tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Breeze manages to move to mount!
That's one minute gone in the round. Steel wants to get back to his feet.
Steel is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Midnight MMA that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet. Breeze with good strikes from the mount here! Breeze is in the full mount, landing strikes. Breeze scoring with strikes but Steel is staying in there. Breeze fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Steel is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
Breeze working away from the top, dropping strikes. Breeze with shots to the head and body - Steel looks very uncomfortable down there.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Breeze with good strikes from the mount here! Breeze with a couple of short strikes. Breeze with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Breeze has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Breeze landing punches.
Steel is rocked! Steel somehow manages to escape the mount and get back to his feet! Breeze misses with a body kick. Steel rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Breeze moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Breeze feints and then cracks Steel's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Steel down. A head kick misses from Breeze. Breeze is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Steel misses with an uppercut
and Breeze counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Steel misses with a looping right. A nice side step and Breeze releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home. A head kick misses from Breeze. Steel appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body. Steel tests Breeze's chin there with a solid looking shot. Steel swings and misses with a shot to the body and Breeze counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Breeze slips a straight right by Steel. Steel throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Breeze. Steel misses with a looping right. Breeze uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Steel.
Steel ducks under a wild hook from Breeze. Breeze gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Steel. Breeze ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Steel moves away. Breeze lands a jab to Steel's midsection. Breeze tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Steel throws a lazy right hand but Breeze sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Steel lands with a cross.
It looks like Mister Breeze has been cut. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Steel swings and misses with a shot to the body and Breeze counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Steel scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Breeze throws a head kick that half lands.
Steel on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. A big right from Steel misses. The fight stays on the outside here - Breeze looks like he's thinking about clinching though. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Breeze lands a big head kick that sends Steel tumbling to the mat! Breeze takes a step backwards and waves Steel back to his feet - he wants the finish! Oh Steel is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
It looks like Cory Steel has been cut. Steel misses with a few strikes there.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mister Breeze dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Breeze jabs at Steel's body. Steel seems to have got his legs back now. Breeze pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Steel avoids a lazy jab quite easily. An attempted straight right counter from Steel misses the target. Steel looks to land a combination but Breeze avoids it well. Steel misses with an uppercut. Breeze saw that one coming. Breeze throws a fast counter high kick but Steel manages to duck under it in time. Mister Breeze seems to be getting the better of the standup. Steel throws a sloppy body shot
and Breeze connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Steel takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Breeze scores with a nice head shot. Breeze has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Steel takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Breeze paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Breeze slips under a jab. Breeze is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. A thudding body kick lands there by Breeze!

That's one minute gone in the round. A looping hook to the body misses from Steel. Breeze does a little dance to reset his feet. Breeze drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Steel defends it well. Steel is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Breeze. Steel throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Breeze counters with a stiff right hand. Whack! Breeze lands a heavy head kick that drops Steel. The ref tackles Breeze to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Steel was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:21 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Mister Breeze!
