Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Chris Bosh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dennis Oppelaar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
29 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Chris Bosh!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

28 - 27 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Dennis Oppelaar!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oppelaar goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Bosh swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Oppelaar fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Bosh manages to avoid it.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Bosh fails with a takedown attempt.
Oppelaar darts in looking for a takedown but Bosh gets double underhooks and turns Oppelaar into the cage.
Oppelaar throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Oppelaar loads up on a big right hand but Bosh slips the punch.
A lazy left from Oppelaar finds it's target.
Bosh takes a kick to the side of the head.
Oppelaar cracks Bosh with a good jab.
Oppelaar takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bosh avoids the body shot from Oppelaar.
Bosh doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Bosh has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Netherlands Top Team in the buildup to the fight.
Bosh misses with a combination
and Oppelaar counters with a shoot takedown. Bosh fights it but they end up in guard.
Bosh is rocked!
Oppelaar with a nice head shot there.
Oh Bosh is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Oppelaar postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Oppelaar stands up over Bosh, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Bosh keeping moving, preventing Oppelaar from controlling successfully.
Oppelaar loads up on a big left hand. Bosh felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Oppelaar looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Bosh can't hide his disappointment, as Oppelaar celebrates the victory.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dennis Oppelaar!
