Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Light Yagami (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aadi Nguyin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nguyin has chosen Redemption as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yagami stuffs the takedown attempt from Nguyin. Nguyin gets slowly back to his feet.
Nguyin tries to keep at a distance but Yagami has taken the fight into the clinch.
Yagami prevents a takedown attempt there.
Nguyin is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Yagami pulls him back up using the underhooks.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Yagami takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Nguyin has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Yagami's face.

Yagami wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Nguyin.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Yagami, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
