Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Chris Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sasha Parlsh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sasha Parlsh is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Chris Brown! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Sasha Parlsh! The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Steve Smith and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Brown fails in his attempt to clinch. Parlsh is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Brown cracks Parlsh with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Brown with a lazy takedown attempt and Parlsh counters with a one-two to the body. Parlsh gets a takedown into half guard. Brown wants to stand back up but Parlsh manages to pass into side control.
You can see the frustration on Brown's face as Parlsh controls the position. Parlsh working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Brown is looking for a sweep. Parlsh should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
That's one minute gone in the round. You can see the frustration on Brown's face as Parlsh controls the position. Brown is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Brown wants to get back to his feet. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Brown wants to get back to his feet but Parlsh drags him back down. Parlsh looks up at the clock and then as Brown takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Parlsh smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Brown knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Parlsh on the ground. Brown is looking to get back to his feet here but Parlsh is keeping cool and he's managed to take Brown's back. Parlsh has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Brown's body.
Parlsh connects with a series of strikes and the referee is calling for Brown to escape the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. What can Brown do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!
Parlsh is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Brown with him. Brown is trying to defend but Parlsh has an arm under the chin now! Brown grimaces and is forced to tap out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Sasha Parlsh!
