Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Waranhk Nsembo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Paul Crewe! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, James Glass and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Crewe shoots in but no luck this time. Nsembo has his takedown stuffed and Crewe counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Nsembo! Crewe get's back to his feet. Crewe doesn't succeed with the takedown and Nsembo decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Crewe's guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Nsembo throws and elbow that misses. Crewe uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Nsembo's guard. Nice move by Crewe! Crewe wants to control from the top but Nsembo keeps moving. Crewe lands a couple of decent looking shots. Nsembo knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Crewe on the ground. Nsembo wants to stand but Crewe is controlling the position. Nsembo keeping moving, preventing Crewe from controlling successfully.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nsembo is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Nsembo might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Nsembo is breathing heavily. Nsembo keeping moving, preventing Crewe from controlling successfully. Crewe looking to pass the guard. Crewe wants to control from the top but Nsembo keeps moving.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Crewe throws a body punch but Nsembo moves out of range. Excellent takedown into side control there by Crewe. Nsembo on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Nsembo tries to get out of the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Crewe taking a breather here. Crewe lands a decent elbow from side control. Crewe blocks the strikes from Nsembo.
Crewe tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Crewe tries to move to mount but Nsembo blocks the move with his legs.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nsembo holds on tight, trying to prevent any damage. Nsembo is trying to improve his position. Nsembo is pushing Crewe's head away, looking to escape. Crewe manages to hold on to the position though. Crewe is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Nsembo has escaped the position, nice work there. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Crewe moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Crewe tries for a kimura but Nsembo is defending well. Crewe trying to control the position but Nsembo is working away. Crewe moves into full mount! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Paul Crewe dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Crewe fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Nsembo lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Crewe backs up against the cage.
Nsembo shoots and misses and Crewe counters with a nice uppercut. Crewe looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Crewe changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Nsembo looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Nsembo tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops. Nsembo rolls, trying to escape but Crewe keeps control of the position.

That's one minute gone in the round. Crewe throws a big right hand but he misses and hits the mat. Ouch. Nsembo showing good submission defense here.

Crewe is looking to finish with some ground and pound! Crewe struggling to keep hold of the position.
Nsembo tries to roll but Crewe sticks to his back.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
Watch the back of the head! Comes the shout from the referee towards Crewe.
Crewe is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Nsembo with him. Nsembo is trying to defend but Crewe has an arm under the chin now! Nsembo grimaces and is forced to tap out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:50 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Paul Crewe!
