Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Curt Alexander (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brazos Bender (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bender has chosen Good Vibrations - Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch as his entrance music. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Brazos Bender!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Daniel Franklin and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bender scores with a takedown into Alexander's guard.
Bender controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Bender wants to pass the guard but Alexander is keeping the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Alexander is trying to keep Bender in close.
Bender wants to control from the top but Alexander keeps moving.
Alexander working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Bender.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bender throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Alexander works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bender accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Bender advances to half guard.
Bender seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
It looks like Bender might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

Bender prevents Alexander from improving his position.
Bender scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Bender thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Alexander's head.
Still in half guard, Bender seems content to control.

Alexander really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Bender looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Bender throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Bender is keen to just control but Alexander is a slippery customer.
Alexander keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Alexander trying to control from the bottom.
Bender throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Bender not doing much here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bender looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
Bender looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Alexander with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Bender takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Bender trying to mount his opponent but Alexander defends it.
Bender slips a nice elbow through Alexander's hands, connecting with Alexander's forehead.
Bender missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Bender wants to take a breather but Alexander is having none of it.
Bender uses his free foot to push down on Alexander's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Alexander.
Bender trying to control but Alexander is having none of it.

Bender breaks from Alexander's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Alexander is rocked!
Oooooh, big shot lands for Bender! Alexander is hurt baaadly! Bender is firing away with more strikes - Alexander is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Brazos Bender!
