Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mac Donalds (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Beltshazar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Beltshazar is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Who let the Dogs out?. Mac Donalds could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Ryan Beltshazar's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Beltshazar has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Beltshazar tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Donalds smiles and moves away.

Donalds walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Beltshazar's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Donalds connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Beltshazar scrambles back to his feet.

Beltshazar throws a combination. Donalds tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Beltshazar is still on wobbly legs! Can Donalds finish him?

It looks like Mac Donalds has been cut.

and Donalds counters with a right hand to the body.
Donalds walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Beltshazar drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Donalds swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Beltshazar's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mac Donalds!

Mac Donalds was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
In defeat, Ryan Beltshazar stepped up to the mic, saying 'Im incredible...but everyone has a bad day sometimes...'.
