The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sann shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Romero as he jumps to the side.
Romero appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Romero throws the left hand but Sann avoids the punch easily.
Sann with the counter takedown but Romero avoids it easily.
Romero keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Sann throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Sann lands a jab to the head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Romero closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Romero really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Romero thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
