Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Adriano Seppi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter Hagen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Adriano Seppi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Peter Hagen! The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Emerson Jorge and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Seppi has managed to clinch.
Seppi misses with a punch on the inside.
Seppi pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. The fight moves into the clinch position. Seppi slows down the pace here.
Hagen tries to pull guard but Seppi forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Hagen pulls guard. Seppi avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hagen is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Seppi defends well. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hagen had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Seppi defends it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hagen wants to stand and escape but Seppi is having none of it. Seppi stands up from Hagen's guard - Seppi perhaps looking for a knockout. Hagen is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Seppi fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Hagen, pushing him back against the cage. Hagen fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Hagen drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Adriano Seppi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Peter Hagen. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Seppi creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Seppi has Hagen pushed against the cage. Hagen tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Seppi swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Hagen misses with a shot to the kidneys.
A nice right hand lands inside from Hagen. Seppi misses with some punches.
Hagen trying to control the position but instead, Seppi has worked for underhooks and has pushed Hagen into the cage. A short uppercut from Seppi. Hagen escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Seppi gets a clinch. Seppi taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
Seppi misses with the head strike.
Seppi escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Seppi lands with an uppercut that bounces Hagen off the cage and back into range. Seppi closes the distance and clinches. Hagen is trying to stall.
Seppi scores with an uppercut up the middle. Hagen breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Seppi fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Hagen circles away from the clinch attempt.
Seppi moves into the clinch. Hagen is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Seppi pulls him back up using the underhooks. Seppi throws a head punch that misses. Seppi taking a breather. Seppi lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Hagen backwards. Seppi lands with a left to the head. Seppi slowing the pace effectively.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hagen working hard to break the clinch. Seppi gets through Hagen's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Hagen is rocked! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Hagen blocking some punches.
Hagen is still on wobbly legs! Can Seppi finish him? Seppi manages to break the clinch.
Seppi has closed the distance and engaged Hagen in a clinch.
Seppi lands a hook to the side of the head. Seppi working aggressively here.
Seppi pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Seppi throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Hagen. Hagen shapes to counter with a head kick. Hagen tries to keep at a distance but Seppi has taken the fight into the clinch. Hagen tries to score a body lock takedown but Seppi shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Seppi tries a knee to the head but Hagen blocks it.
Hagen blocks an uppercut.
Seppi slowing the pace effectively. Seppi controlling the action here for a moment.
Seppi lands a big right hand that drops Hagen! The killer instinct kicks in and Seppi finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by Seppi!

A very excited looking Adriano Seppi made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
