Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mauricio Mcmahon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bobby Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bobby Jones will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mauricio Mcmahon! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Bobby Jones! The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yuuki Gou and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jones rushes Mcmahon and presses him up against the cage. Jones gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
It looks like Mauricio Mcmahon has been cut. Jones pulls guard. Jones is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Jones preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Mcmahon could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Jones is trying to hold Mcmahon in close to prevent damage but Mcmahon has managed to pass into half guard.
Jones is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jones wants to control but Mcmahon is keeping busy.
Jones is holding on to half guard well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jones tries to kick Mcmahon off but Mcmahon keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Jones is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Jones shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Mcmahon is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Jones blocks the strikes from Mcmahon.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mcmahon controlling the leg, holding on to half guard. Jones seems to be working for a kimura but Mcmahon defends the submission attempt. Jones seems to be trying to get a kimura but instead Mcmahon has recovered full guard. Mcmahon bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Jones's guard.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Jones gets a clinch. Mcmahon jumps guard but Jones stands there with Mcmahon around his waist. Mcmahon gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Jones comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Mcmahon working hard to break the clinch. Jones escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Jones moves into the clinch. Mcmahon is trying to break free.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mcmahon breaks the clinch.
Jones throws a chopping leg kick but Mcmahon manages to avoid taking any serious damage. No joy there for Jones, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Mcmahon dives in for a single leg takedown but Jones sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Jones closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Jones has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Mcmahon clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! Mcmahon is trying to get back to his feet. He's worked up on to his knees and now he's on his feet with his head on the canvas, trying to shake Jones off. It looks like it's working - Jones slides off, much to his dismay, and we're back to standing! Mcmahon displaying calm under pressure there. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Jones moves into range and clinches up with Mcmahon. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Mcmahon shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Jones connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Jones moves into the clinch. Mcmahon wants to break the clinch but can't.
Jones has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Mcmahon uses from the top position. Mcmahon might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Jones looking to control.
Mcmahon is fighting to break Jones's control of his arms but Jones is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Mcmahon landing with the ground and pound. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jones is trying to keep Mcmahon in close.

Mcmahon seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Jones really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Mcmahon. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Jones is defending against the submission attempts here by Mcmahon.
Mcmahon is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Jones can do anything to dispel that myth.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Mcmahon is working for a kimura but Jones is defending it quite comfortably.
Jones wants to improve his position but Mcmahon is controlling well.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Jones shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Mcmahon's guard. Mcmahon managing to control the position. Jones gets to his feet - Mcmahon follows without any prompting. Mcmahon gets caught napping as Jones dives in and scores a takedown. Mcmahon manages to retain guard. Mcmahon working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Jones. Mcmahon has a closed guard, preventing Jones from standing up. Jones stays in close to Mcmahon's body and controls the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jones must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Jones trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Jones looking to sit in guard and control but Mcmahon gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Mcmahon passes into half guard under a barage of strikes.

Bobby Jones showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Mauricio Mcmahon's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Mcmahon gets caught napping as Jones dives in and scores a takedown. Mcmahon manages to retain guard. Jones throws a big elbow that misses. Jones has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Jones stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Mcmahon swivels though and keeps the full guard. Jones wants to control from the top but Mcmahon keeps moving. Jones trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mcmahon wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Jones is now in half guard. Jones wants to get back to his feet.

Mcmahon is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Jones is controlling him. Mcmahon tries to land a sweep but no joy.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Jones is looking to advance position but Mcmahon has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount! Jones really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Jones manages to regain half guard. Good work.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Jones throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Jones has taken the fight to the clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mcmahon wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Mcmahon breaks from the clinch.
Jones scores with a takedown into Mcmahon's guard. Mcmahon is trying to keep Jones in close.
Jones trying to control but Mcmahon is working from the bottom. Jones tries to stand but Mcmahon is controlling from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Mcmahon looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Jones wanted to stand there but Mcmahon had control of the position. Bobby Jones has got the better of the ground game so far. Jones sitting in guard here, content to control. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Mcmahon keeping moving, preventing Jones from controlling successfully.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Jones stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Jones wants it to stay on the feet. Mauricio Mcmahon has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Bobby Jones is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Jones decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Bobby Jones comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Jones has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
