PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Lemy Waters (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steffan Stove (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stove has chosen God will fuck you up as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lemy Waters!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Steffan Stove!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Tiny Johnson and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stove misses with a body kick.

Waters has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Waters seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Stove does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Stove is looking to control Waters's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Stove avoid being mounted?

Steffan Stove showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

A close third round but Steffan Stove just about did enough to take it.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Waters lands with a kick to the ribs.

And that's the end of the fight!
Steffan Stove comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Stove has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
