The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Greene looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Mati!
Mati is letting Greene control him for a moment.
Greene lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Mati down.
Mati tries to improve position but can't.
Mati is trying to control Greene's posture but Greene avoids it.
Greene working the ground and pound.
Greene controls the position from side control.
Mati is trying to get back to half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Greene landing a few strikes.

Greene creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
Mati tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Greene is working to tighten his grip on Mati's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Mati has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Greene is really squeezing tight and eventually Mati passes out! Greene breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
