Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Royce Cochran (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ancatan Lacsina (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Royce Cochran! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ancatan Lacsina! The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Anni Minnemäki and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lacsina throws a front kick aimed at Cochran's knee but Cochran avoids it well. Some wild striking there from Lacsina.
Lacsina connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Cochran's hands. Lacsina throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Lacsina tries a low kick but Cochran avoids it. Lacsina scores with a jab. Cochran on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Lacsina connects with a jab. Lacsina misses with a wild combination.
Lacsina lands with a straight right. Cochran didn't see that one coming. Lacsina misses with a leg kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. A looping hook to the body misses from Lacsina. Cochran does a little dance to reset his feet. Lacsina finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Cochran swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect. Lacsina scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Lacsina fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Cochran is out of range. Cochran checks a leg kick. Lacsina throws a leg kick but Cochran sees it coming and checks it nicely. Lacsina throws a combination. Cochran tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Cochran wants to clinch. Lacsina cracks Cochran with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Cochran keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Ancatan Lacsina seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lacsina lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Cochran has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Cochran checks the leg kick nicely there.
Cochran takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Cochran is rocked! Lacsina tries to work over Cochran's front leg with a kick but Cochran checks it. It looked like Cochran was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Lacsina. Oh Cochran is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Cochran moves forwards but Lacsina connects with a nice, crisp jab. Cochran is looking to clinch. Lacsina wants to land a leg kick but Cochran is out of range. Cochran walks straight into a right hand from Lacsina - that's dropped him! Lacsina jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Cochran from any more punishment! Cochran complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Ancatan Lacsina!
