0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tribbiani Joey! The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Russell Pearce and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Joey has closed the distance and engaged Rollins in a clinch.
Rollins looking to stall.

Joey will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. That's one minute gone in the round. Joey shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Joey drops back looking for a leg! Rollins is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Rollins manages to kick Joey off! Joey jumps back into Rollins's guard. Joey passes Rollins's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Joey is trying to control the action in half guard but Rollins is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Joey is working for a kimura but Rollins is defending it quite comfortably.
Joey has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Rollins is staying active underneath Joey, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
