Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Aleksandr Martynov and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Christian closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Dr did well to prevent Christian getting side control.
Christian thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Dr's head.
Dr wants to get back to full guard.
Christian missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Dr is defending against the submission attempts here by Christian.
Ground and pound from Christian.
That's one minute gone in the round.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Well, if Christian is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Dr is trying to stand back up but Christian is controlling him

Christian is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Dr has managed to free his arm - good work.
Dr keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Christian throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Dr moves into range and clinches up with Christian.
Christian breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Christian avoids the head kick by Dr.
Christian shoots in looking for a takedown but Dr manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Christian's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Dr is trying hard to land a takedown here. Christian sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Dr pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Dr connects with a combination that backs up Christian into the cage. Dr lands a flurry of punches that gets past Christian's guard. Christian is down and the referee has seen enough. It is all over! Dr bursts into tears - this win obviously means a huge amount to him.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Vlad Dr!
