Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Neal Cash (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michal Uderzacz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Michal Uderzacz looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Uderzacz.
Uderzacz looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Uderzacz misses with a hook. Cash ducked under it nicely.
Cash appears to be looking for a big counter.
Nice defenses there by Cash.
Cash wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.

Cash prevents Uderzacz from breaking the clinch.
Cash is trying to pull guard but Uderzacz has him pressed against the cage.
Uderzacz is looking to break free of the clinch but Cash has double underhooks.

Cash lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Uderzacz circles away quickly and effectively.

Cash drives through and clinches with Uderzacz against the cage.
Cash jumps guard but Uderzacz turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Cash tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Uderzacz just stands there and leans against the cage.

Uderzacz wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Cash has him pressed against the cage.
Uderzacz is trying to push Cash away but Cash has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Cash pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Cash tries to move into range but Uderzacz moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Cash shoots in for a double leg but Uderzacz sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Cash slips a straight right by Uderzacz.

Uderzacz throws a series of punches but Cash moves out of range.
Cash fails in his attempt to clinch.
Uderzacz swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Uderzacz throws a left and a right that both miss

and Cash counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Cash decides to pull guard.
Cash not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Cash wants to sweep here but Uderzacz controlling him for the moment.
Cash could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Cash is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Uderzacz avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Cash.

That was a close round but I would say that Neal Cash will probably get the nod.

Cash stays in close to Uderzacz's body and controls the position.
Cash really is built like a bowling ball. I wonder if he'd roll if you pushed him down a hill...
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Cash postures up in Uderzacz's guard and throws a big left but Uderzacz blocks it.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Michal Uderzacz is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Cash.
Cash throws a right and a left that Uderzacz avoids nicely.
Uderzacz misses with an uppercut.
Cash went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Uderzacz throws a combination that misses

and Cash counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Cash jumps guard but Uderzacz stands there with Cash around his waist. Cash gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Cash goes for a takedown in the clinch but Uderzacz prevents it.

That was a close second round but I would say that Neal Cash will probably get the nod.

Cash tries to bum rush Uderzacz with a series of wild strikes but Uderzacz uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Cash tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Uderzacz smiles and moves away.
No joy there for Cash, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Uderzacz throws a hook to the side of Cash's head but Cash sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Cash is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Uderzacz.
Uderzacz is looking to clinch but Cash is avoiding it.
Cash tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Uderzacz manages to circle out of the way.
Uderzacz misses with the combination.

Cash closes the distance and clinches.

Cash manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Cash trying to keep a closed guard but Uderzacz is proving a slippery customer.
Cash thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Cash bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Uderzacz's guard.

Cash is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Uderzacz is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Cash, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
