Coming up we have a lightweight kickboxing rules bout between Wilfredo Martinez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kay Won (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Wilfredo Martinez! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Kay Won! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, William Gold and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Martinez throws a looping overhand right but Won ducks down to avoid it. Martinez takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Won pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Won throws a leg kick and Martinez counters by clinching up. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Martinez. Won lands a left hand that snaps the head of Martinez backwards. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Martinez. Martinez pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Martinez ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Won moves away. Martinez takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Won throws a sloppy head kick and Martinez moves out of range easily. Won tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Martinez manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Won finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Won cracks Martinez with a right hand to the side of the head. Martinez misses with a few strikes there.
Won slips a straight right by Martinez. Won looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Won tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
That's one minute gone in the round. Won throws a head kick but Martinez moves out of range.

Martinez slips under a jab from Won. Won fails with an attempt to clinch.
Martinez swings for the body but Won moves out of range.
Won throws out a leg kick but Martinez moves out of range and Won only half commits. Martinez ducks under a wild hook from Won. An inside leg kick from Won misses. An attempted straight right counter from Martinez misses the target. Won paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Won wants to clinch and Martinez counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Won thinking. Won moves into range and clinches up with Martinez. Martinez lands a left hand that snaps the head of Won backwards. Won throws a punch but it's blocked by Martinez. We've been informed that Won has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Won blocking some punches.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Martinez blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Won trying to land knees to the body.
Won misses with a hook from the clinch. Martinez escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Martinez misses with a series of wild punches.
Won throws a big counter head kick but Martinez avoids it with no problem. Won lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Martinez circles away quickly and effectively. The fighters circling - Won throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Martinez swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect. Won misses with a hook
and Martinez counters with a nice uppercut. Won pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Won throws a leg kick that is checked and Won takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Won throws a poor cross that misses
and Martinez counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Won wants to clinch up but Martinez keeps it at a distance. Martinez swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A decent looking cross lands there for Won. Martinez throws a body shot but no joy. Good leg kick by Won there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Won fails in his attempt to clinch. Martinez seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance. Won throws a jab when Martinez was well out of range. Won thuds his right hand into Martinez's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. A jab lands there for Won. A telegraphed right hand from Martinez misses the target. Won throws a jab but it's blocked by Martinez. A solid leg kick lands there for Won.
An inside leg kick from Won misses. Won slips a straight right by Martinez. Martinez moves out of range of the strikes. Martinez seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. A slow jab from Won misses its intended target.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Won connects with a nice looking jab.
Martinez tries to bum rush Won with a series of wild strikes but Won uses good footwork to avoid the assault. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Martinez steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Won. Martinez was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. Martinez avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Martinez went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected. Won is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Martinez. Martinez misses with a series of wild punches.
Won throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. An attempted straight right counter from Martinez misses the target. Martinez avoids the head kick by Won.
Martinez looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Won throws a lazy right hand but Martinez sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Won sizes up Martinez with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Won wants to clinch. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kay Won dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Jab, jab by Martinez - just one landing.
It looks like Kay Won has been cut. Martinez has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Martinez there as he acknowledges the shot. Won fails in his attempt to clinch. Won throws a shot from downtown. Martinez moves away and avoids it. Won misses with a lunging right hand
and Martinez counters with a straight right hand. Martinez lands an overhand right.
Won is rocked! Won scores with a nice right hand.
Won is still on wobbly legs! Can Martinez finish him? Martinez checks the leg kick nicely there.
Won misses with a right hand and before Won has any time to reset, Martinez cracks him with a big right hand that drops him face first to the canvas! He's hurt! I don't think he's going to get back up from that one! He's trying but he's doing the chicken dance and has face planted into to cage, causing the referee to bring this fight to an end! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:44 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Wilfredo Martinez! Wilfredo Martinez decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
