Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Star Dust (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Umbra Uxxarest (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dust kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Die for Metal. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the featherweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
16 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Star Dust! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
25 - 14 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Umbra Uxxarest! The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Steven Brown and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dust uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Uxxarest. Dust throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Uxxarest takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Uxxarest will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Dust throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Uxxarest with a body punch. A glancing blow. Dust works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Uxxarest just misses with a punch to the body.
Uxxarest has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Dust finds it's way round the side to connect with Uxxarest's head. Dust throws a quick inside leg kick. Uxxarest attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. Dust misses with a hook. Uxxarest ducked under it nicely. Uxxarest falls off balance throwing a combination
and Dust counters with a one-two to the body. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Uxxarest takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. A swing and a miss from Dust. Uxxarest has a takedown stuffed. Dust throws a big counter combination but Uxxarest scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Dust looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Some bone on bone action there as Dust checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dust moves out of range of the strikes. A nice leg kick lands there from Dust. Uxxarest throws a low kick but it's checked well by Dust. Uxxarest lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Uxxarest misses with a hook. Uxxarest throws a low kick but Dust moves out of range easily. Dust changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. Dust jabbing away but nothing is landing. Dust getting the better of the striking in that exchange. A jab from Uxxarest finds it's way through Dust's defenses. Uxxarest fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Dust looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Uxxarest finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Uxxarest takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Dust connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Uxxarest takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! A jab from Uxxarest misses. An attempted straight right counter from Dust misses the target. Uxxarest scores with the left hand. Dust knows he should have avoided that one. A swing and a miss from Uxxarest. Uxxarest misses the shot to the body.
That's two minutes gone in the round. No luck for Dust with that takedown attempt. Dust gets tackled into the cage by Uxxarest. Uxxarest maintains the clinch. Dust drags the fight down to the ground.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Uxxarest pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Dust is keeping the position for now. Uxxarest throwing strikes but missing. Uxxarest advances position into side control! Dust gets back to half guard. Uxxarest wants to lay and pray for a moment but Dust keeps working.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dust tries to roll over but Uxxarest keeps him under control. Dust has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Uxxarest is working away from the top position though. Dust is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Uxxarest wants to pass the guard but Dust is defending well. Uxxarest throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Dust wants to control but Uxxarest is keeping busy.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Dust actively working from the bottom here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Uxxarest lands a nice short elbow. Uxxarest tries to pass the half guard into mount. Dust knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Dust trying to control but Uxxarest postures up.
Dust is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Uxxarest scores with a couple of nice shots. Uxxarest lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Uxxarest scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Uxxarest passes into side control, despite Dust's attempt to control the position.
Uxxarest creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. Dust avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Uxxarest. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Umbra Uxxarest will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Uxxarest swings for the body but Dust moves out of range.
Uxxarest throws a leg kick that is checked and Uxxarest takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Uxxarest connects with a nice looking jab.
Uxxarest changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. A good leg kick by Dust. Uxxarest moves away from the strike by Dust. The fighters circling - Dust throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Dust throws a right and a left that Uxxarest avoids nicely. Uxxarest misses with a hook. A telegraphed right hand from Dust misses the target. Uxxarest avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Uxxarest is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Uxxarest wants to slow Dust down by chopping away at his legs. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Uxxarest ducks right into an uppercut from Dust. Dust scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Uxxarest stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Uxxarest wants it to stay on the feet. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Dust shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Uxxarest is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Uxxarest lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Uxxarest tries to free his leg and advance position but Dust is retaining full guard. Uxxarest content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Uxxarest scoring with some ground and pound. Uxxarest working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Uxxarest throws a strike but Dust rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Dust stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Uxxarest swivels though and keeps the full guard. Uxxarest throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Uxxarest tries to land a sweep but no joy. Uxxarest is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Dust postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Dust trying to move into half guard but instead Uxxarest has managed to sweep! Dust working a defensive guard here.
Dust has momentary wrist control but Uxxarest slips an elbow through the middle.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Uxxarest trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Dust working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Uxxarest doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Uxxarest manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Dust looking for a triangle here. Uxxarest is fighting it but it looks tight! Dust pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Uxxarest is tapping out - this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:32 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle Choke). Star Dust! Star Dust retains his featherweight title! Our winner, Star Dust, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
