The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bright rushes Santos Albuquerque and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Bright has picked Santos Albuquerque up - he's going for a ride! Bright dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Bright with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Bright will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Bright uses his free foot to push down on Santos Albuquerque's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Santos Albuquerque.
Bright wants to control the pace but Santos Albuquerque is squirming around nicely.
