Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Olaf Frost (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Frost's entrance music is O-Zone - Dragostea Din Tei. A fine choice. James has chosen Tuesday's Gone as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from James lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Frost has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Frost and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

James lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Olaf Frost.
Well James has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
