Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mike Landers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Liam Christopher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Liam Christopher is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Liam Christopher!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Robert Douchet and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Christopher shoots in and drives through. Landers sprawls well.
Christopher clinches up against the cage.
Christopher tries to break free but Landers pushes him back against the cage.
Christopher tries to work over Landers's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Landers makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
It looks like Liam Christopher has been cut.
Landers turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Landers manages to end up in side control.
Landers throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Christopher works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure.
Landers looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Christopher with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Landers is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Landers lands a nice short elbow.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Landers connects with a nice short shot to Christopher's temple.

Christopher has hold of Landers's hands but Landers slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Landers postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

Christopher stands and steps away. Landers gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Landers has closed the distance and engaged Christopher in a clinch.
Landers lands a left hand that snaps the head of Christopher backwards.
Landers is struggling to control the position.

Christopher can't find room to land a body shot as Landers controls the action.
Landers wants the takedown. Christopher is fighting it off but Landers persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Christopher's guard against the cage.

Christopher is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Landers presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.
Landers has Christopher pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Landers pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Christopher tumbling to the mat - Landers dives into Christopher's guard.
Christopher manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Christopher looks winded!
Landers looks to throw the jab but Christopher is out of range.
Landers scores with a punch to the head.
Christopher tries to work over Landers's front leg with a kick but Landers checks it.
Landers throws a jab when Christopher was well out of range.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Landers, as that shot connected.
Christopher lunges at Landers with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Landers's hand.
Landers lands a slapping body shot.
Landers stuns Christopher with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mike Landers dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Liam Christopher's cut.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Landers throws a lazy right hand but Christopher sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Liam Christopher is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Landers clinches up with Christopher and pushes him back against the cage.
Christopher is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Landers gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Christopher swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Landers lands with a light punch inside.
Landers slowing the pace effectively.
Christopher can't find room to land a body shot as Landers controls the action.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Landers creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Landers keeps control of Christopher as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Landers working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
Christopher tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Landers smiles and moves away.
Landers is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Christopher can do to turn this around?
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Landers clinches.
Landers lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Christopher backwards.
Christopher is still on wobbly legs! Can Landers finish him?
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Landers is trying to trip Christopher. He has hold of a leg but Christopher is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Landers persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Landers working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Christopher's head.
Landers loads up on a big left hand. Christopher felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Landers looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Christopher can't hide his disappointment, as Landers celebrates the victory.
