Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bruce Tripplet (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leon Will Westernfield (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tripplet gets underhooks to prevent Westernfield's takedown attempt.
Bruce Tripplet has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Leon Will Westernfield.

Westernfield is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Tripplet pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Westernfield drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Tripplet gets the underhooks and prevents it.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Westernfield has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Tripplet just misses with a elbow thrown towards Westernfield's brow.

Tripplet's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Tripplet throws a good cross that connects.
Tripplet circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Westernfield to the canvas! Westernfield doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Tripplet keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
