Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between The Sigit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bart Bunga (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sigit comes to the cage accompanied by #kamitidaktakut. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
16 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, The Sigit!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

10 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Bart Bunga!
The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, John Kavanagh and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bunga misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Sigit uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Bunga.
We've been informed that Bunga has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Sigit shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Sigit has managed to clinch.
Bunga is fighting off a takedown attempt but Sigit is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Bunga to the mat. Bunga regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Sigit passes Bunga's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Sigit seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Bunga does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Sigit is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Bunga doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Sigit.

Bunga fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Sigit manages to avoid it.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Bunga enables Sigit to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Bunga manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Sigit shoots for a double leg takedown but Bunga sprawls well. He's pushed Sigit's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

That was a close second round but I would say that The Sigit will probably get the nod.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to The Sigit.
