Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Evangelos Ergazakis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Don Cragen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cragen is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Captain Cragen. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Evangelos Ergazakis! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
12 - 24 - 0, fighting out of New York, Don Cragen! The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Lou da Vinci and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ergazakis tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Cragen paws at him with a jab and circles away. Ergazakis darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Cragen is staying active underneath Ergazakis, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Ergazakis is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Ergazakis seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Cragen does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Cragen wants to get back to his feet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ergazakis is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Ergazakis is looking to advance position but Cragen won't allow it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cragen looks like he's trying to stand up.
Ergazakis wants to take a breather but Cragen is having none of it. Ergazakis seems to be working for a kimura but Cragen defends the submission attempt. Ergazakis is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Cragen is just riding it out for now. Ergazakis eventually gives up the hold. Cragen is trying to stand back up but Ergazakis is controlling him
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Ergazakis on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Cragen lands a big uppercut and Ergazakis crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Ergazakis looks OK. Cragen waves Ergazakis back to his feet! Ergazakis is trying hard to land a takedown here. Cragen sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Cragen swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Cragen has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Ergazakis shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Cragen throws a head kick but Ergazakis moves out of range.
Ergazakis doesn't manage to clinch there - Cragen circles away.
Ergazakis wants to clinch but Cragen slips to the side and Cragen counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Ergazakis! Cragen gets to mount! Ergazakis was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly. Ergazakis is squirming around, avoiding Cragen's attempts to control the action. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Cragen is standing up, even though he is in mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cragen throws a half hearted mid kick. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Ergazakis instigates a clinch. Ergazakis is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Cragen is defending well for now. Ergazakis slows down the pace here.
Cragen manages to break the clinch.
Nice uppercut lands for Cragen. That snapped Ergazakis's head back.
Ergazakis throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Cragen. Cragen lands with an uppercut that bounces Ergazakis off the cage and back into range.
Ergazakis is rocked! Ergazakis dodges the punch combination from Cragen.
Oh Ergazakis is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Cragen lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Ergazakis seems to have got his legs back now. Cragen keeps the fight on the outside. No joy there for Cragen, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Cragen looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Ergazakis tries to clinch but Cragen is having none of it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Ergazakis shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Ergazakis trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Ergazakis lying in Cragen's guard like a wet fish here, stalling away. Cragen decides he's had enough of all that nonsense - he escapes his hips and locks up an armbar! Wow, that was slick! Ergazakis taps! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
