Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Henry Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Conor McGregor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McGregor has chosen The Foggy Dew as his entrance music. Conor McGregor will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Henry Diaz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Conor McGregor! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Stewart Dunkirk and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McGregor lands with a good body shot. Diaz misses with the combination.
McGregor with a jab. McGregor misses with a few strikes there.
McGregor throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Diaz on the side of the head. Diaz throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
McGregor bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Diaz throws an ugly left hook that misses
and McGregor counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. McGregor misses with an uppercut. Diaz saw that one coming. Nice shot by McGregor. Diaz misses with a few strikes there.
A little jabbing left from McGregor on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Diaz throws a nice looking combination but McGregor bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. McGregor tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Diaz was well out of range. Poor timing from McGregor. A big right from McGregor misses. Henry Diaz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. McGregor moves away from the strike by Diaz. Diaz backing away here, and McGregor unleashes a leg kick that just misses. Diaz misses with a double jab
and McGregor counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Diaz ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Diaz takes one to the side of the head.
Diaz is rocked! Diaz throws a poor cross that misses
and McGregor rattles Diaz with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Diaz tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. McGregor dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Diaz stiff and motionless on the mat!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Conor McGregor! Conor McGregor tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
