Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Garth Andrade (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Axel Stone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Garth Andrade! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Axel Stone! The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Paulsen Ambrosius and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stone clinches with his opponent.
Andrade can't find room to land a body shot as Stone controls the action.
Stone keeps control of Andrade as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Andrade manages to break the clinch.
Stone has closed the distance and engaged Andrade in a clinch.
Stone drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Andrade gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Stone is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Andrade is pressed up against the cage. Stone has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Andrade down to the mat. Andrade avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Garth Andrade has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Axel Stone. Andrade lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Andrade swats away the attempt to clinch by Stone. Andrade seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Stone tries to clinch but Andrade is having none of it. Stone rushes Andrade and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Stone looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Andrade lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stone is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Andrade pulls him back up using the underhooks. Stone manages to pull guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Stone is on top in guard.
Stone drops back looking for a leg! Andrade is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Andrade manages to kick Stone off! Stone jumps back into Andrade's guard. Stone postures up in Andrade's guard and throws a big left but Andrade blocks it. Stone trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Andrade preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Stone prevents Andrade from getting back to his feet. Andrade working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Stone.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stone prevents Andrade from getting back to his feet. Stone wants to control from the top but Andrade keeps moving. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Stone drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Andrade manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Stone has Andrade in his guard. Stone tries to land a sweep but no joy. Andrade is looking to stand up but Stone won't let him. Stone working for submissions but it's allowed Andrade to get to half guard.
Stone makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Stone.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Stone is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Stone working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Andrade doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Andrade manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Andrade wants to get up but he can't break Stone's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Andrade avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Stone looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Stone pushes a forearm under Andrade's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Andrade is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Axel Stone! After winning the bout, Axel Stone thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
