Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Stone decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Stone wants to stand up but Owen is controlling the position.
Owen punching from the bottom.
Stone prevents Owen from improving his position.

Stone is working for a kimura but Owen is defending it quite comfortably.

Stone looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Stone seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

It looks like Randell Owen has been cut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
The fighters are battling for position here. Owen manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Stone trying to control the position from guard on top but Owen is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Stone controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Stone tries to free his leg and advance position but Owen is retaining full guard.

Stone drops back looking for a leg! Owen is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Owen manages to kick Stone off! Stone jumps back into Owen's guard.

Stone got a little sloppy there for a moment and Owen has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Stone has managed to get both his arms back between Owen's legs - danger averted.
Owen really is a fat lump.

Owen working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Stone doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Stone manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Stone with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
