Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nathan Azzuri (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Billy Hope (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nathan Azzuri is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Chris Edwards and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hope misses the shot to the body.
An attempted straight right counter from Azzuri misses the target.
Hope fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Azzuri definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Azzuri pushes Hope up against the cage in a clinch.
Hope is pushing Azzuri up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Hope can't break the clinch.
Azzuri 's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hope tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Azzuri paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Azzuri drops down looking for a counter takedown but Hope sprawls and moves away.
Billy Hope seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hope gets a takedown into half guard.
Azzuri wants to get back to full guard.

Hope is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Azzuri doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Hope.
Azzuri is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Hope's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Hope's back!

Azzuri is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.
Hope is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.
Azzuri is persistently looking for the submission but Hope is defending it well.

Azzuri is punishing Hope with some ground and pound.
Azzuri is looking for the choke from the back position but Hope is controlling his hands well.
Hope tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!
Azzuri tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Hope wants to hold on but Azzuri pushes him away.
Hope is in all sorts of trouble here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
The referee warns Hope that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
It looks like Billy Hope has been cut.
Azzuri controlling the position easily from mount.
Azzuri knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Hope on the ground.
Hope is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Azzuri has control of Hope's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Hope regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Hope holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Azzuri tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Azzuri trying to control but he's not successful this time.

That has opened up Billy Hope's cut even more.

Azzuri looking to ground and pound but Hope is blocking nicely.
Hope wants to control but Azzuri is having none of it.
Azzuri looking to control and managing it successfully.
Azzuri looking for a guillotine from mount but Hope is having none of it.
Azzuri trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Azzuri throws some wild stikes that Hope manages to avoid easily.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Azzuri looking to control but Hope is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Hope tries to get back to half guard but can't.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Nathan Azzuri dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Billy Hope's cut.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Azzuri shoots in looking for a takedown. Hope tries to sprawl out of it but Azzuri keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Hope manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Azzuri is looking to clinch.
Hope tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Azzuri defends well and Hope ends up having to push Azzuri into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Azzuri swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Hope misses with a takedown attempt - Azzuri sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Azzuri was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Azzuri is looking to clinch but Hope is avoiding it.
Hope fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Azzuri avoids it really well and circles away.
Nathan Azzuri has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Billy Hope.

Azzuri stuffs the takedown attempt from Hope. Hope gets slowly back to his feet.
It looked like Azzuri was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Hope.

Azzuri lands with a cross.
The cut above Billy Hope's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Azzuri blocks a jab.
Hope circles away from the clinch attempt.
A punch lands to the side of Hope 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Billy Hope's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Billy Hope is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Hope stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Hope wants it to stay on the feet.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Hope.
Azzuri throws a big counter combination but Hope scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Hope is defended easily by Azzuri .
Hope gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Azzuri throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Hope works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Azzuri controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Azzuri trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Hope working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Azzuri .
Azzuri looking to pass the guard.
Azzuri is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Hope can do to turn this around?
Hope wants to stand but Azzuri is controlling the position.
Hope utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Azzuri throwing strikes but missing.

Azzuri trying to control but Hope is working from the bottom.
Azzuri trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Hope is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Azzuri dives into side control.
Azzuri happy to just control the position for now.
Hope tries to buck Azzuri off but Azzuri is having none of it.
Azzuri has knee on belly and moves into mount.
Hope working to try and regain half guard.

Azzuri takes his opponent's back. Perhaps a chance to lock up a rear naked choke here.
Hope just trying to survive but Azzuri is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish.
Hope rolls, trying to escape but Azzuri keeps control of the position.
Hope is trying to get back to his feet but Azzuri has full control of the position and if anything, Hope has just worked his way into a worse spot.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Billy Hope's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Billy Hope spoke after the fight, saying 'I made a mistake! lets go again!'.
