Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Corwyn Potts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyler Durden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Potts's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Mama Said Knock you Out. Corwyn Potts has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Corwyn Potts! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tyler Durden! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Tiny Johnson and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Durden is looking to clinch. Durden has closed the distance and engaged Potts in a clinch.
Durden pulls Potts into guard.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Durden is trying to control the position but Potts postures up. Potts passes into half guard. Durden blocking the ground and pound attempt from Potts. Durden is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Potts scores with a couple of nice shots. Potts is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Durden tries to kick Potts off but Potts keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Potts is working for a kimura but Durden is defending it quite comfortably.

Durden shoots in for a takedown but Potts shows good takedown defense. Durden has a takedown stuffed. Potts clinches up against the ropes. Durden tries to pull guard but Potts won't allow it.
Corwyn Potts has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tyler Durden. Durden tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Durden looks gassed! Potts stops Durden from standing up. Potts lands a couple of decent looking shots. Durden not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Durden is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

Potts drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Potts jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Potts trying to control the position from guard on top but Durden is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Durden is trying to keep Potts in close.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Durden tries to clinch and Potts counters by moving into the clinch. Potts breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Potts wants to clinch up but Durden keeps it at a distance. Durden with a lazy takedown attempt and Potts moves into the clinch. Potts gets control of Durden's arms and successfully pulls guard. Potts will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Potts tries to land a sweep but no joy.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Potts has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Durden can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Durden decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Durden misses with a takedown and Potts connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Durden tries to keep at a distance but Potts has taken the fight into the clinch. Durden tries a knee to the head but Potts blocks it.
Durden tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Potts just stands there and leans against the ropes. A short right from Potts. Potts breaks the clinch.
Durden has managed to clinch.
Potts breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Durden misses with a two punch combination.
Potts gets in close and instigates a clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Potts breaks from the clinch.
Durden gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Potts holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Potts is looking for a takedown up against the ropes. Durden gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Durden lands an elbow just above Potts 's eye. Durden jumps into guard, dragging Potts to the mat.
Durden looking for a sweep. Not yet Durden, not yet. Durden looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Potts puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Potts seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Durden does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Potts not landing any meaningful shots this time. Potts is trying to work for a kimura but Durden is defending well.

Potts wants to stand up but Durden is controlling the position.

Corwyn Potts dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Durden instigates a clinch. Potts blocks an uppercut.
Potts is trying to break the clinch but Durden has him pressed against the ropes. Durden tries to pull guard but Potts holds him up against the ropes and eventually Durden drops back down to his feet.

Durden shoots and misses and Potts counters by moving into the clinch. Durden managing to block the knees to the body from Potts.
Durden lands on the inside with an uppercut. Durden jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Potts walks away with a smile on his face. Durden gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Corwyn Potts has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tyler Durden. Durden tries to clinch but fails miserably and Potts counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Durden! Potts punishing his opponent with strikes. Potts controlling his opponent. Durden is in all sorts of trouble here.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Potts has hold of Durden's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Durden manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Potts prevents Durden from getting the reversal. Durden is trying to get back to his feet but can't. Potts working for a submission but Durden is keeping him at bay. Potts wants to control the pace but Durden is squirming around nicely.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Durden is desperately trying to improve his position but Potts has a good base and remains in mount. Durden is really trying hard to get back to his feet.

Potts is looking for a takedown up against the ropes. Durden gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Durden gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. Durden forces his way into half guard. Durden decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet. Durden shoots and misses and Potts counters with an outside leg kick.
Potts keeps the fight on the outside. Durden shoots in looking for a takedown. Potts tries to sprawl out of it but Durden keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Potts manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Durden moves into the clinch.

Durden gets caught flat footed, as Potts shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Potts working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Durden keeping moving, preventing Potts from controlling successfully. Durden wants to stand and escape but Potts is having none of it. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Potts accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Durden preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Potts trying to control but Durden is working from the bottom. Potts prevents Durden from getting back to his feet.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Potts is looking to clinch but Durden is avoiding it.
Corwyn Potts is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Durden throws a right and a left that both miss. Potts throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Potts is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Durden tries to clinch but Potts moves away and Potts counters with a takedown into side control. Durden struggling a bit here. Potts looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Potts looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Durden is avoiding damage well.
Durden manages to work his way to half guard, despite Potts's best efforts. Durden wants to control but Potts is keeping busy.

Corwyn Potts overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Potts prevents Durden from improving his position. Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Durden fails with the takedown and Potts decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Durden's guard. Durden working a defensive guard here.
Potts stands up over Durden, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Durden trying to keep a closed guard but Potts is proving a slippery customer.

Durden utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Potts drops back, looking for a kneebar! Durden looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Durden looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Durden! Potts struggling a bit here. Corwyn Potts is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Durden decides to stand back up. Durden steps back and let's Potts get back to his feet. Durden will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Potts scores with a kick to the body.
Durden shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Potts counters with an inside leg kick.
And that's the end of the fight! Corwyn Potts showed his dominance in that final round. Well Potts has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
