Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zombie connects with an inside leg kick.
Rambo swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Rambo looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Rambo slips under a jab from Zombie.
Rambo throws a head kick but Zombie moves out of range.
Rambo shoots in for a takedown but Zombie shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Rambo misses with an uppercut. Zombie saw that one coming.

and Zombie counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Zombie throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Zombie looks to score with a jab to the body but Rambo is just out of range.
Zombie throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Rambo changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Zombie tries to avoid it but Rambo manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Zombie to the ground. Zombie escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Zombie appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sambo Rambo. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Rambo throws a nice inside leg kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Zombie swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Rambo shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Rambo takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
A looping hook to the body misses from Zombie. Rambo does a little dance to reset his feet.

Rambo shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Zombie pinned against the cage. Zombie gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Zombie lands with a right hand.
Zombie leaves Rambo with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Rambo manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Zombie on his heels. He'll look to pass Zombie's guard now, I'm sure.
Rambo stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Zombie swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Rambo cracks Zombie with a solid left hand.

Zombie tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Zombie pulls Rambo in close to prevent any damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Zombie avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Rambo trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Zombie manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!
Rambo keeping moving, preventing Zombie from controlling successfully.
Zombie controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Rambo is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Rambo is looking for a triangle but Zombie pushes his legs off easily.
Zombie is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Rambo has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Zombie is looking to defend but Rambo has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Zombie! Rambo pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Zombie taps out and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Sambo Rambo!
