Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Maple Heartoway (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy New (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Heartoway's entrance music is Canadian Idiot by Wierd Al. A fine choice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

so New counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Heartoway controls New momentarily but New frees himself.

Maple Heartoway seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
New fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! New crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Heartoway - the referee stops the clock and New gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Heartoway. New manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Heartoway and New are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. Heartoway throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking New into next week! Ooooh that was huge! Heartoway knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.
