The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice jab there from McMurphy.

It looks like Steven Browning has been cut.
Browning takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
McMurphy works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
McMurphy misses with a double jab.
Browning seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Browning takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Browning closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

McMurphy has Browning up against the cage in a clinch.

McMurphy escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
McMurphy will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Browning is rocked!

McMurphy stands up from Browning's guard - McMurphy perhaps looking for a knockout.
Browning dodges the punch combination from McMurphy.
Browning attempts a counter takedown but McMurphy avoids it well and moves away.

Browning throws a combination but it was largely blocked by McMurphy.
Randle McMurphy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
McMurphy digs a good body shot into Browning's ribs.

McMurphy rushes Browning and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
McMurphy looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.

Browning breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
McMurphy will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Browning defends well against a solid takedown attempt from McMurphy.
McMurphy shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Browning defends it nicely.
It looked like Browning was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Steven Browning has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Randle McMurphy.

McMurphy connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Browning momentarily.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
McMurphy throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
The crowd cheers as McMurphy lands an impressive looking overhand right. Browning doesn't seem phased though.

Browning closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
McMurphy scores with a jab. Browning acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Oh Browning is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
McMurphy lands a nice hook to Browning's body. Browning takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
McMurphy goes for a small jab and connects. Now McMurphy goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Browning stumbles back but McMurphy runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Browning to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Browning will ever be the same after a knockout like that.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Randle McMurphy!
Randle McMurphy spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
