Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Burley Rufford (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ormando Magic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Burley Rufford! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Ormando Magic! The judges for this bout are James Glass, William Gold and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Magic lands the left hand. Rufford takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Magic lands with a shot to the body. Rufford shoots in but no luck this time. Magic misses with a hook
and Rufford counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Magic! Magic takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. Magic is trying to control Rufford's posture but Rufford avoids it. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Magic can do anything to dispel that myth. Magic is trying to get back to half guard. Magic takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Rufford lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Rufford cracks Magic with a big elbow. Magic really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Rufford. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Rufford creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. Rufford scores with punches from side control. Rufford lands some shots froms side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Magic gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Rufford has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Magic trying to control here.
Rufford working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Rufford takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Nice strikes from Rufford there.
Magic is rocked! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Rufford looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Magic is still in real trouble! Rufford takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Rufford lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Magic quite badly. Magic pulls Rufford in close trying to recover. Rufford postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Magic on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Magic doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
