Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Head Coach (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Crack Hack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 9 - 2, fighting out of Amsterdam, Head Coach!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Crack Hack!
The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Sergei Dronov and Fedor Mirinova.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hack with a poor takedown
and Coach connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Hack throws a poor cross that misses
and Coach counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Hack throws a looping overhand right but Coach ducks down to avoid it.
Coach blocks a jab.
Coach stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Coach looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
The fighters circle momentarily. Coach darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Coach showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Hack.
Hack has a takedown stuffed.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hack takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
A jab from Coach finds it's way through Hack's defenses.
Hack swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Coach blocks a low kick nicely.

Hack misses with a left hand
enabling Coach to counter with a crisp jab.
Coach scores with a decent looking hook.
Hack scores with a jab to the body.
Coach getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Nice shot lands for Coach.
Hack looks for a takedown but Coach sprawls well.
Head Coach has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Crack Hack.

Hack has managed to clinch.
Coach landing knees to the body.
Coach tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Hack avoids it.
Hack misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Coach.
Coach is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Hack is defending well for now.
Hack fails to pull the fight into his guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Coach tries to circle away but Hack has him pinned against the cage.
Hack is looking to take this one to the mat.
Coach throws an elbow that misses.
Hack tries to break the clinch but Coach is controlling the position.
Coach is stalling here.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Coach lands a knee to the head.
Hack tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Hack tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Coach is stalling here.
Hack doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Hack is trying to drag Coach to the mat but Coach just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Hack wants to break the clinch but can't.

A frustrated look appears on Hack's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Hack throws a head punch that misses.

Hack doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Coach manages to break the clinch.
Coach on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Coach displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.

Hack misses with a takedown
enabling Coach to counter with a crisp jab.
Nice uppercut there from Coach.
Coach lands a lovely overhand right.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Coach lands with an uppercut that bounces Hack off the cage and back into range.
Hack shoots in but no luck this time.
Coach throws a body punch but Hack moves out of range.
Coach takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Coach keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Hack.
Hack takes one to the chin there.
Hack shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Coach as he avoids it easily.
Jab, jab by Hack - just one landing.
Hack goes for a double leg but Coach avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Coach continues to drive forward.
Coach scores with a one two! Hack had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Head Coach dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!


Hack misses with a jab to the body
and Coach counters with a nice uppercut.
Hack fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Coach lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.

Hack gets caught flat footed, as Coach shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Coach is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Hack can do to turn this around?

Hack tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Coach throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Hack works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure.

Hack makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Hack.
Coach slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Hack has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Coach can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Hack preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Coach trying to control but Hack is working from the bottom.
Hack pulls Coach in to control the position.
Coach is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Coach wants to pass the guard but Hack is keeping the position.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

Hack lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Coach takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Hack moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Coach lands with a shot to the body.
Coach takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Nice takedown defense from Coach. No joy for Hack on that attempt.
Head Coach is winning the standup battle so far.
Coach uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Hack.
Coach swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Hack.
Coach lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

Coach shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Hack's guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Coach working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
Hack is trying to hold Coach in close to prevent damage but Coach has managed to pass into half guard.

Coach trying to mount his opponent but Hack defends it.
Hack has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Coach is working away from the top position though.
Hack is pressing down on Coach's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Hack controls Coach momentarily but Coach frees himself.
Coach passes Hack's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Coach content to control rather than advance.
Coach wants to free his trapped foot but Hack is holding on for dear life with his legs.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Head Coach dominated that second round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

Hack throws a body shot but no joy.
Hack tries for a takedown but Coach sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Coach shoots in but Hack avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Hack closes the distance looking to clinch
and Coach counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Hack thinking.
A jab from Coach does it's job there.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Coach looks for a takedown but Hack sprawls well.
Coach scores with a sloppy right hand. Hack should have avoided that one.

Hack tries to clinch up but Coach circles away and keeps his distance.
Coach throws the kick towards the body but Hack avoids it.
Hack fails with an attempt to clinch.
Hack darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Coach throws out a leg kick but Hack moves out of range and Coach only half commits.

Coach appears to be looking for a big counter.
Nice uppercut lands for Coach. That snapped Hack's head back.

Hack fails with the takedown.

Hack tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Coach is able to avoid easily.
Hack misses with a head kick.
Hack has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye.
Coach swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Hack.
We've been informed that Hack has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.

Coach drives through and clinches with Hack against the cage.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Hack tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Coach blocks an elbow strike from Hack.

Coach's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Hack stuffs the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Head Coach. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Hack throws an ugly left hook that misses
letting Coach counter with a right hand.
Hack shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Coach tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Hack feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Coachs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Coach misses with a series of wild punches.

Hack bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Hack is looking for the big counter here.
Hack slips a straight right by Coach.
Hack tries a head kick but it misses.
Crack Hack has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Coach misses with an uppercut.
Coach throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Hack misses with a few strikes there.
Coach swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Coach connects with a right hand. Hack shakes it off.
Hack staying out of range there.
Hack walks into a left hand.
Coach throws a big shot that misses.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Coach throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
A little jabbing left from Hack on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Hack uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Nice shot by Coach.
Hack circles away from the clinch attempt
and Coach takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Head Coach is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Coach lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Coach checks the leg kick nicely there.
Hack throws a hook to the side of Coach's head but Coach sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Hack throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Coach counters with a nice uppercut.
Coach scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Coach shoots in looking for a takedown. Hack tries to sprawl out of it but Coach keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Hack manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

And that's the end of the fight!
Head Coach showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Coach has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
