Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Dzuzaska Guzman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stan Rivers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Guzman's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Tupac- Ambitionz Az a Ridah. Rivers has chosen Cyco Vision as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 33 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dzuzaska Guzman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 29 - 19 - 2, fighting out of Montreal, Stan Rivers!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Jack Bonds.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guzman cracks a nice hook into Rivers's ribs.
Rivers throws a right and a left that both miss.
Guzman has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Guzman throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Rivers sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Rivers moves out of range as Guzman strikes.
Rivers with a jab.
Guzman with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
An inside leg kick lands from Rivers.
A nice combination there by Guzman.
Guzman tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Rivers is able to avoid easily.
Rivers will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Rivers lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Guzman loads up on a big right hand but Rivers slips the punch.
Rivers blocks the body kick.
Rivers misses with a few strikes there.
Guzman takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Good standup being displayed there by Guzman as he connects with a hook.
Guzman punishes Rivers's body with a nice straight punch.
Rivers tries to clinch but Guzman moves away
and Rivers takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Rivers is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Guzman scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.

Rivers is rocked!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Guzman is stalking Rivers. Rivers circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Guzman, and it's lights out! Rivers really payed the price for that rookie mistake.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:08 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Dzuzaska Guzman!
Dzuzaska Guzman was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
