Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Marcus London (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Old Bastard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). London comes to the cage accompanied by Cochise, Audioslave. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Marcus London! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Old Bastard! The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Winston Howard and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! London keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Bastard doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Bastard misses with a head kick.
Bastard fails with a takedown attempt. London lands a body shot.
Bastard pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Bastard tries a head kick but it misses.
Bastard fails miserably with a takedown attempt. London avoids a kick to the body.
Bastard throws a head kick that misses. Bastard has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Bastard there as he acknowledges the shot. London shoots in and bounces Bastard off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. London trying to control the position from guard on top but Bastard is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bastard looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but London puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. London is looking to take a break and control but Bastard is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. London is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Bastard looking for submissions off his back. Bastard is trying to get back to full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. London has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. London gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!
That's two minutes gone in the round. London lands with a nice combination. Bastard backs away looking to recover. Bastard misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
London has managed to clinch.

London defending well as Bastard loads up on a big left hand. Bastard throws a head kick but London moves out of range.
Bastard throws a combination that misses and London counters with a nice uppercut. Bastard looks gassed! Good shot there by London. London throws a right hand that Bastard ducks under and follows up with a left that Bastard also avoids with ease. A jab from London finds it's way through Bastard's defenses. London lands with a thumping leg kick.
London lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.

London lands with a cross. Bastard has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. London lands a lovely overhand right. A slapping leg kick lands for London.
London throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. London throws a one two combo.
London lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. London throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
London is working the combinations to good effect here. London misses with an attempted mid kick.
Bastard has his takedown stuffed and London counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Marcus London has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Old Bastard.

A jab from London does it's job there. Bastard with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling London to score with a decent uppercut. Bastard doesn't succeed with the takedown and London counters with a straight right hand. London fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Bastard is trying desperately to land a takedown but London is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Bastard. This has been an exciting period of action! London throws a quick inside leg kick. A nice leg kick lands there from London. London scores with a sloppy right hand. Bastard should have avoided that one. London throws a nice inside leg kick. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. London closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - London lands in his opponent's guard. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Bastard throwing strikes off his back to little effect.

Marcus London dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

London moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Excellent takedown into side control there by London. Bastard tries to improve position but can't. Bastard looking for a sweep but London has passed into full mount! Oh no! Bastard is wriggling around trying to escape.
Bastard sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. London decides to return to a standing position. Bastard wants to clinch and London counters with an outside leg kick.
Bastard is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. London scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. London fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
London lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
London looks to land a body kick but Bastard moved away. Old Bastard is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Bastard misses with a takedown attempt and London counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by London. London wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Bastard has him pressed against the cage. London can't break the clinch.
London escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Bastard has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Bastard pulls out of a head kick attempt.
London digs a good body shot into Bastard's ribs. London scores with a crisp jab that stopped Bastard in his tracks. Bastard misses with a takedown attempt and London counters with a good low kick that Bastard was not able to check. Old Bastard seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A solid leg kick lands there for London.
London lands an overhand right. London throws a wild body kick that Bastard sees coming a mile off.
That's two minutes gone in the round. London scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by London.
Bastard shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and London counters with a stiff right hand. Marcus London has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Old Bastard. London smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Marcus London is winning the standup battle so far. London looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. London stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. Bastard gets caught flat footed, as London shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Bastard is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
London is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Bastard can do to turn this around? London gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
That's three minutes gone in the round. London throws a leg kick that misses. London tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Bastard shoots and misses and London counters with a nice uppercut. London throws a low kick but Bastard avoids it. Bastard shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in London's guard. Bastard looking to pass the guard. Bastard with a flurry of punches that miss. Bastard drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and London dives on top into guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. London slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. London decides to stand up, so the ref orders Bastard to his feet. Bastard misses with an uppercut. Bastard with a lazy takedown attempt and London counters with a two punch combo. A good leg kick by London. Bastard throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Bastard stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from London. London misses with a two punch combination.
London connects with a nice looking jab.
Bastard throws a sloppy head kick and London counters with a stiff right hand. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Marcus London dominated that second round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Bastard tries to clinch but London moves away and London counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Bastard thinking. London throws a one two combo.
Bastard's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. Bastard misses with a takedown and London counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Bastard takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
London lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. A leg kick checked by Bastard. London fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Bastard on the side of the head. Bastard takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Bastard has closed the distance and engaged London in a clinch.
London has had enough of the clinch but Bastard keeps him there for the moment. Both fighters are breathing heavily. A left hand lands to the body for London.
London wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Bastard has him pressed against the cage. London escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

That's one minute gone in the round. London pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Bastard takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
London ducks down and throws a hook to the body. London throws a series of strikes that have Bastard backpedaling.
London with a nice cross. Bastard doesn't succeed with the takedown and London counters with a lovely straight right hand! Marcus London has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Old Bastard. London throws a nice outside leg kick. Bastard has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye. London connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. London lands a jab to the nose. A head kick by Bastard misses and London counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. London closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Bastard is refusing to be controlled, as London sits in half guard.

Bastard can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as London controls the pace. Bastard tries to land a sweep but no joy. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. London stands up from Bastard's guard - London perhaps looking for a knockout. Bastard shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and London counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. London scores a takedown into full mount! Bastard is looking to get to half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. London get's back to his feet. A head kick misses from Bastard. London drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. London advances to mount. Bastard is trying desperately to improve position. London cracks Bastard with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Bastard tries to get back to half guard but can't. Marcus London overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's four minutes gone in the round. London is standing up, even though he is in mount. London swings for the body but Bastard moves out of range.
Bastard throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. London digs a good body shot into Bastard's ribs. London feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. London gets to his feet. Bastard looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Marcus London is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Bastard gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and London cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
And that's the end of the fight! Marcus London showed his dominance in that final round. Well London has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
