Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Nelson Hahn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tristan De La Tour (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). De La Tour has chosen Evolution:Enter the New World as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Nelson Hahn!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Tristan De La Tour!
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Johanna Lukiainen and Roosa Järviläinen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hahn closes the distance and pushes De La Tour back into the cage.
De La Tour is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Hahn avoiding damage.
Hahn tries for a takedown but De La Tour manages to get underhooks.
Hahn looking to stall.
Hahn is looking to take this one to the mat.
Hahn is trying to drag De La Tour to the mat but De La Tour just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Nelson Hahn. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Hahn tries for a takedown. No joy.
De La Tour wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Hahn looking to stall.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as De La Tour takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Hahn drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Hahn tries to score a body lock takedown but De La Tour shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Hahn lands a hook to the side of the head.
De La Tour prevents the takedown attempt.
Hahn is looking for a takedown.
De La Tour stalling the fight.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Hahn has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. De La Tour is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Hahn is breathing heavily.

De La Tour works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
Hahn being controlled here, momentarily.

De La Tour stands up from guard. Let's bang!
De La Tour throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hahn's waist but Hahn gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing De La Tour off to one side.
Hahn stuffs the takedown.

De La Tour doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Hahn counters with a nice body kick.
Hahn doesn't manage to clinch there - De La Tour circles away.
Hahn looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
De La Tour shoots in for a double leg but Hahn sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

De La Tour moves into the clinch.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

De La Tour breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Hahn shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. De La Tour manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

De La Tour pushes Hahn off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Hahn tries to clinch up.
The fight stays on the outside here - Hahn looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
As Hahn backs off De La Tour throws a huge counter combo but Hahn manages to avoid it all.

Hahn closes the distance and clinches.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

De La Tour pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Hahn moves into range and clinches up with De La Tour.
De La Tour is trying to break the clinch but Hahn has him pressed against the cage.
Hahn has De La Tour pressed against the cage.

De La Tour manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Hahn wants to control from the top but De La Tour keeps moving.
Hahn throws a big elbow that misses.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Hahn throws a strike but De La Tour rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Tristan De La Tour dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!


De La Tour shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hahn pinned against the cage. Hahn gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
De La Tour takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Hahn tries to clinch but De La Tour is having none of it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
De La Tour tries a head kick but it misses.
De La Tour tries to score a power double leg takedown but Hahn sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten De La Tour somewhat.

De La Tour has a takedown stuffed.
Nelson Hahn has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tristan De La Tour.

Hahn clinches up with De La Tour and pushes him back against the cage.
De La Tour is trying to break free.
Hahn tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Hahn looking to slow down the pace here.
De La Tour is looking to take this one to the mat.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
De La Tour tries to circle away but Hahn has him pinned against the cage.
Hahn has De La Tour pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. De La Tour manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Hahn taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
Hahn tries for a takedown but De La Tour manages to get underhooks.
De La Tour is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Hahn is struggling to control the position.
Hahn is looking to take this one to the mat.
De La Tour wants a takedown but no success here.
De La Tour gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Hahn.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Hahn as De La Tour tries to tie him up.
Hahn jumps guard but De La Tour stands there with Hahn around his waist. Hahn gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

De La Tour wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Hahn has him pressed against the cage.

Hahn has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but De La Tour regains guard immediately.
Hahn is fighting to break De La Tour's control of his arms but De La Tour is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
De La Tour's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
De La Tour manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Hahn manages to get himself to full guard.

De La Tour stays in close to Hahn's body and controls the position.
Tristan De La Tour has got the better of the ground game so far.
Hahn looking for a sweep. Not yet Hahn, not yet.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

De La Tour gets to his feet - Hahn follows without any prompting.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Hahn.
De La Tour throws a fast counter high kick but Hahn manages to duck under it in time.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close second round but I would say that Nelson Hahn will probably get the nod.
That's time! Hahn's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. And we move into the final round!



De La Tour manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Hahn on his heels. He'll look to pass Hahn's guard now, I'm sure.
Hahn looking to hit a scissor sweep but De La Tour is one step ahead there.
Hahn trying to keep a closed guard but De La Tour is proving a slippery customer.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
De La Tour is pushing down on Hahn's leg trying to pass to half guard. Hahn is fighting to maintain full guard but De La Tour has managed to sneak the leg through.
De La Tour wants to free his trapped foot but Hahn is holding on for dear life with his legs.
De La Tour with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.

Hahn is looking to improve his position.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
De La Tour passes to side control.

De La Tour stands up.
De La Tour tries a head kick but it misses.
Hahn displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from De La Tour.
Hahn tries to counter by clinching up but De La Tour breaks away and moves out of range.

De La Tour feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

De La Tour not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
De La Tour postures up.
Hahn throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
De La Tour won't allow Hahn to sweep him here.

De La Tour stands and steps away. Hahn gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
De La Tour misses with a low kick.
De La Tour closes the distance and clinches up with Hahn, looking for a takedown. De La Tour pushes Hahn against the cage but Hahn circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Hahn throws a counter high kick but De La Tour was just alert enough to avoid it.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Hahn wants to clinch.
A countering left hand to the body from De La Tour misses.

De La Tour shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Hahn's guard.
De La Tour not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
More stalling from De La Tour.
De La Tour pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Hahn is keeping the position for now.
De La Tour sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

And that's the end of the fight!
Tristan De La Tour comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think De La Tour has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
