The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown attempt by Brook or perhaps it was just good defense by Guy, which made it look bad.
Brook lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Guy backs up against the cage.
It looks like Andre Guy has been cut.
Brook looks for a takedown but Guy sprawls well.
An attempted straight right counter from Guy misses the target.
Brook throws a leg kick that is checked
and Guy counters with a shoot takedown. Brook fights it but they end up in guard.
Brook is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Guy has his hands clasped together but Brook extends and breaks Guy's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Brook.
