Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jagger Carreon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marlin Paschal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Carreon comes into the arena with The Hero!! - One Punch Man Opening Theme blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
10 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jagger Carreon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Marlin Paschal!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Shirou Masuda and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paschal doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Carreon counters with a left to the body.
Paschal with a poor takedown
and Carreon counters with a nice uppercut.
We've been told by Carreon's head coaches at Bonsai Club MMA that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Carreon throws a right hand that Paschal ducks under and follows up with a left that Paschal also avoids with ease.
Carreon throws a right and a left that both miss.
Carreon scores with a one two! Paschal had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
It looks like Marlin Paschal has been cut.
Paschal shoots in for a takedown but Carreon shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Jagger Carreon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marlin Paschal.
Paschal closes this distance looking for a takedown but Carreon circles away.

and Paschal takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

and Carreon makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Paschal looks winded!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Carreon connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Paschal has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Carreon defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Paschal.
Carreon throws a right and a left that both miss.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Carreon, as that shot connected.
Paschal is rocked!
Paschal fails with the takedown
and Carreon counters with a huge left! Paschal is in big trouble! He's backing up but Carreon isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Paschal from any more damage. A dominating finish by Carreon!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jagger Carreon!
During a confident post fight interview, Jagger Carreon thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
