Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Pelle Hermano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Boyd McGuire (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hermano comes to the cage accompanied by Driving Blind. McGuire has chosen Five Finger Death Punch - The Way Of The Fist as his entrance music. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hermano throws the left hand but McGuire avoids the punch easily.

I was talking to Hermano's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
McGuire has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Hermano after a bit of a struggle.

McGuire fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Hermano checks it well.

McGuire has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Hermano. Oh but McGuire has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Hermano goes limp - he's gone! McGuire jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
