The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, John Roberts and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ericsson checks the leg kick nicely there.
Ericsson has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Ericsson shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Denubis is looking to counter punch.
Denubis looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Denubis lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Ericsson checks a leg kick.
Denubis is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Ericsson.
Ericsson throws a front kick aimed at Denubis's knee but Denubis avoids it well.
Denubis misses with an attempted mid kick.
Denubis throws the left hand but Ericsson avoids the punch easily.
Denubis throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

Ericsson throws a hook but Denubis blocks it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Ericsson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Denubis swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Ericsson looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Denubis is fending him off so far but Ericsson persists. Nope, Denubis circles away and we're back to standing.
Denubis fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Denubis tries to land a front kick but Ericsson steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Ericsson throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Denubis feinted there with a counter leg kick.
Ericsson closes the distance and clinches.
Ericsson throws a head punch that misses.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Ericsson takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Denubis blocks an uppercut.
Denubis manages to break the clinch.
Diabolical Denubis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ericsson misses with an attempted mid kick.
A shot to the liver by Ericsson. Beautiful body shot.
Denubis throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Ericsson swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Ericsson jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Denubis moves forwards but Ericsson connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Ericsson shoots and misses
and Denubis connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Denubis throws a wild body kick that Ericsson sees coming a mile off.

Denubis throws a leg kick
and Ericsson counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Ericsson throws a big right hand that misses.
Ericsson's corner is telling him to maintain position.
