Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Conor Mcgregor!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Patrick Krupok!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Stewart Dunkirk and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Krupok throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Mcgregor.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Mcgregor is looking to take a break and control but Krupok is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Krupok takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Krupok is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Mcgregor is one step ahead and moves to full mount!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Mcgregor throws some wild stikes that Krupok manages to avoid easily.
Krupok avoids a series of strikes thrown by Mcgregor.
Mcgregor looking to control but Krupok is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Mcgregor is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Krupok can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Mcgregor is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet!
Krupok's coach down at Cozad MMA Las Vegas was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Krupok's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Mcgregor tries to close the distance and clinch but Krupok swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Krupok connects with a crisp jab.
Krupok works over Mcgregor's head and body with a nice combination.
It looks like Conor Mcgregor has been cut.
Krupok tries to clinch up but Mcgregor circles away and keeps his distance.

Mcgregor dodges the punch combination from Krupok.
Krupok misses with a wild combination.
Mcgregor shoots in for a takedown but Krupok shows good takedown defense.
Krupok lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Mcgregor circles away quickly and effectively.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

and Krupok counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Mcgregor thinking.
Mcgregor shoots in and drives through. Krupok sprawls well.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Conor Mcgregor. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Mcgregor is breathing heavily.
Krupok with a nice cross.
Krupok throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Mcgregor's jaw, knocking him onto his back! Krupok dives in looking to finish as Mcgregor flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Krupok's strikes! Krupok is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Mcgregor's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Mcgregor was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Patrick Krupok!
Patrick Krupok bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
