13 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Shane McLain! The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ljashko moves into range and clinches up with McLain. A knee to the head by Ljashko.
It looks like Shane McLain has been cut. McLain tries to circle away but Ljashko has him pinned against the ropes. I was talking to Ljashko's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight. Ljashko lands an uppercut.
McLain is rocked! McLain breaks from the clinch.
Ljashko throws a right hand that McLain ducks under and follows up with a left that McLain also avoids with ease. Ljashko clinches up with McLain and pushes him back against the ropes. Ljashko lands a knee to the body.
McLain tries to break the clinch but Ljashko is controlling the position. McLain has had enough of the clinch but Ljashko keeps him there for the moment. Nice elbow from Ljashko. McLain is still on wobbly legs! Can Ljashko finish him? Ljashko lands on the inside with an uppercut. Knees to the body from Ljashko.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Ljashko landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
McLain looks winded! Ljashko breaks the clinch.
Ljashko cracks McLain with a brutal left hook that knocks him out cold! This one is over in a flash! Game over!
